Competition Rules: Promoter: Egmont UK Ltd and PO Box 6988, Sleaford, NG34 9WE. 1. Competition is open from the date of publication until the end of 11th Oct 2017. Any entries received after the closing date – for whatever reason – will be invalid. 2. You must be 18 or over to enter the Competition. 3. The Competition is not open to employees of Egmont or their immediate families. 4. Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary. You may enter the Competition by post or via the website, storyhouseegmont.co.uk/competitions 5. No more than one entry per household. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed, or not received for any reason. 6. The prize is one (1) holiday package for up to four (4) people to Disneyland Paris to be taken 10th-12th November 2017 including; a) Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International or travelling return economy class from select regional airports to Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Orly, including return transfers between the relevant airport and Disneyland Paris if applicable. b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room at a Disney Hotel including continental breakfast. c) Three (3) Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. d) Meals for the duration of the three (3) day holiday (for the avoidance of doubt the meals include three (3) lunches and (2) dinners for up to four (4) people. e) Access to privatised viewing areas for 25th Anniversary shows (Disney Illuminations, The Starlit Princess Waltz, Mickey presents: Happy Anniversary Disneyland Paris). f) Access to Cars Racers privatised event at Walt Disney Studios, including participation in the Piston Cup race. Participants in the Piston Cup Race may only include 1 child per family accompanied by one (1) adult only. Age and height restrictions apply to the race; the minimum height for participation is 1.1 metres and participants must be aged 6 years or older. 8. Any costs incurred in addition to package holiday elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. 9. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended. 10. The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over. 11. Once travel is booked the winner and guests are subject to the booking conditions of the carrier. 12. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports and any necessary visas or other necessary travel documentation for the trip. 13. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney. 14. Package holiday and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. 15. Venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety. By entering the venue, you agree to comply with any security requirements in force. 16. The prize winners will be drawn at random from the correct entries received, after the Closing date, by an independent party. 17. The prize-winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than 14 days after the closing date. If we contact you to tell you you’re a winner but you don’t reply within 7 days, we may have to offer the prize to someone else. 18. No substitute prize will be offered. If you are unable to attend the event on the specified date, Egmont shall not be obliged to provide an alternative prize and may offer it to another winner. 19. If, for any reason beyond our control, the event is cancelled, varied, or reschedules for any reason, Egmont shall not be obliged to provide an alternative prize. 20. Judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
