Story House Egmont launches LEGO® Explorer magazine

October 2020 – The brand-new magazine will hit newsstands on 21st October, with subscriptions already available to purchase online.

Story House Egmont is thrilled to announce the launch of LEGO Explorer magazine. The brand-new monthly magazine is designed to build curious minds and inspire readers to design their own LEGO models and unleash their creativity.

The magazine has been developed by Egmont Publishing with the support of official LEGO designers. Combining the creativity central to the LEGO brand with Story House Egmont’s experience in producing high-quality content, the magazine is focused on learning, discovery and creativity, and every page is playful and educational.

The magazine has a STEAM focus, encouraging young readers to go on a journey through the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths, as well as teaching them new LEGO skills with inside info from real LEGO designers. In each issue of this fun-filled magazine, readers will also find loads of innovative tips and tricks to make the most of their LEGO collection, plus there is an exclusive, collectible LEGO toy that complements every issue.

Every month LEGO Explorer is dedicated to a different and engaging STEAM topic, allowing readers to explore a new fascinating theme in each issue. The first issue of LEGO Explorer is dedicated to Marvellous Machines and explores the world of robots and artificial intelligence. The magazine combines exciting information from both the real and the LEGO world about our everyday technical companions and has tonnes of activities inside, including building instructions for different robot friends, exciting technology puzzles, tricky experiments and creative challenges.

As well as being available to consumers on the newsstand from 21st October, Story House Egmont will be making it even easier for LEGO fans to collect every issue of this new magazine by entering into the subscriptions market. With subscriptions already available online, readers can currently subscribe and save with Story House Egmont’s amazing launch offer and have 3 issues delivered to their door for only £5.

Laura Adnitt, Publishing Director said, ‘We’re sure that LEGO Explorer will be loved by both kids and parents, and the STEAM themes are sure to engage young readers in educational topics alongside their much-loved LEGO bricks.
